To estimate the date items will be shipped, certain factors contribute to this date. Factors that determine the shipping date and the delivery date of your items include:
- If you choose an item that is not at our main warehouse, it will be on back-order. (You will be notified of the time-frame and can choose to wait, decide on a different product or cancel the order.)
- The destination address
In most cases, the shipping delivery date can be determined by this schedule for the continental United States. For items sent by Standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, add two days to the estimated shipping time. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses takes 3 to 6 weeks.
*Standard shipping is normally 1 to 7 business days.
With this shipping schedule, you will still need to allow for the processing and packaging of your order.
We always do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. The shipping fees are calculated based on the size and number of items ordered, and the delivery address.
During checkout, you will be able to see the costs of shipping for your order.
All payments for our products will be completed at PayPal. PayPal is a secure site. We do not collect or store any financial information on the Five Ducklings website.
We do not accept personal checks mailed directly to us. All payments will be processed through PayPal.
Five Ducklings is a small company and someday we hope to be able to pay for shipping of exchanges. But right now we ask that our customers pay for return shipping for exchanges.
Our phone is located in our warehouse and the people who work there are busy pulling and shipping your orders. Our voice mails are monitored daily by our customer service associate who will call you back as quickly as possible. Please note that we are located in New Hampshire which is in the eastern time zone.
Sorry, we don't have a physical catalog. We add and delete products so quickly, that it doesn't make sense for us to have a catalog.
We normally respond to emails within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday and do try and check them them over the weekends as well. If you send something after business hours on Friday, or during the weekend, you may not get a response until Monday
